HiVibe Practice No. 1 - Master Key 'THE BREATH'
You do this by relaxing your belly and allowing your breath to fill up the bottom of your lungs then the middle and then the top. This is called diaphragmatic breathing or correct breathing in yoga. It is the master key into your experience of the expanded version of yourself and your inter-connectedness to all life.

HiVibe Practice No. 2 - Inviting the Breath, the Energy and Lifeforce deeper and deeper into your body
Once you are nice and comfortable with the deep diaphragmatic breathing, imagine that your breath is moving now deeper and deeper into every cell and fibre of your body. As it does this it is bringing into and through out your physicality vitally, oxygen, life force energy and a light stream of information and intelligence. Keep this going until you feel move and more lightness in your being and fluidity in your body. You may need at this time to move and support all that energy and light moving more effortlessly into your muscle, joints, tendons, ligaments, tissue fibre, cells, molecules and atoms.
Enjoy this engaging with your breath and allow it to inform you of how it knows to move more and more deeply into you. That may look and feel like a tightness somewhere that is signalling you to accommodate its opening and expansion with your movements and focus of awareness. Most important allow yourself to be informed by your body. Cultivate this tool of listening to the wisdom of your body and breath as the merge, compliment and inform one another into greater health, balance, harmony and bliss.
HiVibe Practice No. 3 - Expanding your awareness past your body while staying fully present in your body.
Now that you are fully present, opened and aware within your body lets expand that awareness out. First before we do this tell your mental mind that there is no need to figure anything out or even have to follow the instruction. It will not be able to as it functions from a linear logical mapping system which is limited for what we wish to explore here. This is a fun experience of discover. Be light and easy about it all, be curious and open to play. No right or wrong, good or bad. Just an adventure in experience.
Lets begin: We do this by you bringing your focus into your heart centre and core (solar plexus and belly). Imagine or vision you diving deeply into your heart centre and from this centre your awareness expands progressively out in all direction. You can imagine this as a balloon blowing up or a ball getting bigger and bigger and bigger into the earth and up into the sky in all directions. Feel that connection and notice how it feels in your body.
IMPORTANT : Keep Breathing as we continue as this allows you to integrate the awareness and feeling/knowiness into your physically focused body by staying present and inclusive. Also by keeping the breath going you remain in your body, not your mental mind or disconnecting from your physical body all together to be out there instead of in HERE. Now its more important to be in HERE and from in HERE we get to have the awareness of out there, all inclusive on our earth dimension of reality.
Ready to expand some more: Then just keep breathing and now expand way past the earth. You can imagine having the earth like a precious jewel in your hand, as you breath feel the wonder and awe of earths creations. That which you live on and are apart of, ponder the miracle of life and the inter-connectness and interplay of all life on this beautiful planet of ours. Take some more deep breaths as you revel in the brilliance and design of it all.
Taking it to the next level: As you continue to breath deeply now expand your awareness, your focus out into the other planets, solar system, galaxy, universe and the limitlessness of this which you are witnessing, sensing and are living / breathing it all in. Now this may take your breath away for a moment and thats ok...go with it and swim in the awe and wonderment of it all, the grandness and possibilities that it is opening up in you. Now breath all of this expanded awareness into your body here on earth. Own it, claim it, know it and commit to remembering it consistently in your everyday life. There is nothing you need to figure out around any of it. The clarity will always follow the experience and the wisdom will bubble up from you in its perfection to bless you on your journey of remembering the greatness of whom you are and what you are here to contribute.
